By booking a trip with Coastal Runners LLC or using coastalrunners.com, you agree to these terms. They're here to keep everyone safe and make sure we're on the same page.
Bookings
• All trips are private charters for up to 6 guests, with Captain Pablo Treto or another licensed Coastal Runners captain.
• Prices are listed on our website, plus fuel at the current price at the marina. Our Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy is part of these terms.
• When you book, you must check a box agreeing to Coastal Runners' liability waiver (every adult for themselves; a parent or guardian for each minor) and provide a list of all passengers' full names and ages.
• Itineraries are a guide. Every trip is custom, and the captain may change stops or timing for weather, tides, park rules or harbor space (for example, going ashore at Boca Chita Key depends on space in the harbor).
• Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
The captain is in charge
The captain is responsible for everyone's safety and has the final say on board. That includes whether a trip goes out, where we go, whether it's safe to swim or snorkel, and when we head back. Please follow the captain's instructions at all times. If a guest's behavior puts anyone at risk, the captain may end the trip early, and no refund is owed.
Safety on board
• We carry life jackets for every guest, including kids and babies. Children under 6 must wear a life jacket whenever the boat is moving.
• The snorkel vest must be worn at all times while snorkeling.
• Swimmers and snorkelers must be under 275 lbs (125 kg) and able to climb a vertical marine ladder on their own (see the Booking Policy).
• Swimming and snorkeling are at your own risk.
• Please tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy or mobility needs before your trip so we can plan safely.
Alcohol and conduct
• Guests 21 and over are welcome to bring beer and wine in moderation. No glass bottles. No one under 21 may drink, and no illegal drugs are allowed on board.
• The captain may refuse to let anyone board, or end the trip, if a guest is intoxicated or acting unsafely.
• Respect the park: follow Biscayne National Park rules, don't touch or stand on coral, don't feed or chase wildlife, and take all trash back with you.
Fishing and lobstering
Fishing licenses are included on our fishing and lobstering trips. All catches follow Florida and federal size, bag and season limits, and the captain has the final say on what's kept.
Damage and lost items
• You're responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment caused by you or your group beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused on purpose or by not following the captain's instructions. We'll charge the cost of repair or replacement to the card on file.
• There is no cleaning fee unless the boat is left with an excessive mess (for example glitter, confetti, or getting sick on board).
• We're not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged during a trip. Bring a dry bag for phones and cameras.
Release of liability
Boating, swimming and snorkeling come with natural risks, including weather, waves, sun, marine life and slippery surfaces. By booking, you accept these risks for yourself and everyone in your group. Every guest must agree to Coastal Runners' liability waiver before booking: each adult checks the waiver box for themselves, and a parent or guardian checks it for each minor. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coastal Runners LLC and its captains aren't liable for injury, loss or damage, except when caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Photos and video
We sometimes take photos or video on our trips and may use them on our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear, just tell the captain or email hello@coastalrunners.com and we'll leave you out. You're welcome to take your own photos and video, too.

Everything on coastalrunners.com, including text, photos, videos and logos, belongs to Coastal Runners LLC. Please don't copy it without permission. We do our best to keep prices and details current, but if something is wrong, the details in your booking confirmation apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the date you book is the one that applies to your trip.
